Jeffery Williams

A Stratford native, Jeffery left town in 2000 in search of something different than the typical path at the time. That journey led him into the restaurant industry, with experiences spanning the Maritimes, Banff, and eventually Toronto, where he has spent the past 20 years building an impressive career. Jeffrey’s most notable role was as Sommelier at Cava, once considered one of Toronto’s top restaurants, where he helped shape an exceptional wine program before its closing in 2019. Since then, he has continued to bring his expertise and leadership to several establishments, including Taverne Tamblyn.
