From the rich tapestry of Southern Ontario to the captivating allure of the West Coast, Candice's journey in hospitality is a passionate pursuit. Her story, which includes studies in Fine Arts and a stint as an actor, took a delightful turn when she discovered her true calling amidst the stunning mountain properties of Western Canada. For over two decades, British Columbia became her playground, where she passionately honed her skills and immersed herself in the art of hospitality.

 

Now, Candice is thrilled to return to her roots, embracing a new chapter in Stratford as the Front of House Manager at The Prune Restaurant. With over 20 years of experience, including leadership roles in prestigious establishments such as a 5-Diamond property and Relais & Châteaux, Candice brings not just expertise but a genuine zeal for creating exceptional guest experiences. A trained Sommelier, Chef, and Cheese Monger, she is driven by a desire to craft high-impact, personalized moments that resonate with each guest while cultivating a vibrant and supportive environment for her team.
